The GM - Projects shall be the key person to estimate the project cost, design construction strategy. The person will liaise & negotiate with Architect, Structural Engineer, MEP Consultant & principal Contractors , as per Management approval
Required Candidate profile
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E or B. Tech in Civil Engineering
- 25 to 35 Years of relevant experience in Real Estate or Building construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Projects, MS Office
