Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle HCM solutions using various modules such as Global HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor.
- Extract data from multiple sources to create OTBI reports for business intelligence analysis.
- Develop complex SQL queries to optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues in HDL (Human Data Loader).
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance on BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) implementation.
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Technical Consulting or similar role.
- Solid expertise in developing OTBI reports using various tools like BIP/BIP Publisher.
- Proficiency in extracting data from multiple sources using HDL (Human Data Loader).
- Experience working with OIC (Oracle Integrated Cloud) platform.
