Job Description:

Position: Regional Manager – Sales & Marketing

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 8 - 12 years

Industries: Engineering

Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Achieve regional sales targets for packing and bagging machinery.
Identify current opportunities, emerging markets, and customer segments.
Support divisional sales strategies and contribute to overall business growth.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships in the assigned region.
Provide solutions-oriented support for recent projects, retrofits, and repeat business.

Market Development:
Expand market presence by identifying and developing recent accounts.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
Develop and maintain a network of agents, consultants, and channel partners.

Sales Operations & Reporting:
Ensure proper use of CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, service calls, and performance.
Submit regional sales and revenue reports to AGM/GM with realistic forecasts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:




Work closely with engineering, proposals, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities.
Provide customer feedback to design and R&D; teams for product improvements.

Accountabilities:
Accountable for sales revenue, customer acquisition and retention.
Responsible for timely achievement of sales targets and expansion of customer base.
Decisions directly impact regional business growth and company reputation.
Operates with moderate autonomy; strategic directions require AGM/GM consultation.
