Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and Excel.
Handle material inward, outward, storage, and dispatch.
Maintain records of equipment, spare parts, accessories, and consumables.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Monitor minimum stock, shortage, damaged, and non-moving items.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, Purchase, and Accounts teams.
Ensure proper packing, documentation, and timely dispatch.
Maintain proper warehouse arrangement, cleanliness, and safety.
Prepare regular inventory and warehouse reports for management.
