ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and manage front desk operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
Handle all walk-ins, calls, and membership inquiries.
Convert trials into paid memberships.
Maintain daily sheets, trial sheets, enquiry sheets, and membership data in the CRM software.
Initiate renewal follow-ups before membership expiry.
Follow up with clients who have taken trial sessions.
Track daily sales performance and report to the Studio Manager.
TIMINGS: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 12:30 p.m. or 9:00 p.m.
LOCATIONS: Vasant Vihar, Greater Kailash, Green Park, Gurgaon DLF Phase 1
