Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate sales representatives and product specialists.
Target Achievement: Set monthly and annual sales quotas, gross profit objectives, and unit volume targets.
Operations & Inventory: Monitor vehicle inventory levels, coordinate with finance and service departments, and manage deal settlements.
Customer Relations: Handle escalated customer complaints, oversee test drives, and ensure high satisfaction ratings.
Market Strategy: Analyze competitor activity, local market trends, and marketing campaigns to optimize lead generation.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is often preferred for senior roles).
Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven retail sales experience within the automotive industry, including prior leadership.
Core Skills: Robust negotiation, communication, data analysis, and computer proficiency.
Licensing: Valid driver's license.
