Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer loan collections and follow-ups.
Manage overdue accounts and payment recovery.
Maintain collection records and daily reports.
Coordinate with customers for timely payments.
Requirements:
1–3 years of collection experience preferred.
Banking/NBFC experience preferred.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
