Job Role

We are looking for a QC Executive to ensure that Naturaltein products meet defined quality standards at the time of receiving, storage and dispatch, while maintaining proper quality records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks of incoming raw materials, packaging materials and finished products.

• Perform routine inspection of finished goods before dispatch.

• Verify product labels, batch details, packaging, seals, expiry dates and physical condition.

• Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers and laboratories for quality testing and reports.

• Maintain QC records, test reports, COAs and batch-wise documentation.

• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO and QC segregation of inventory.

• Identify and report quality issues, damaged products or deviations.





• Coordinate with the Operations and Warehouse teams for resolution of quality-related issues.

• Support product sampling and testing as per company requirements and applicable FSSAI standards.

• Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, food, nutraceutical or supplement industrypreferred.

• Graduate in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Life Sciences or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of FSSAI requirements and food quality standards.

• Positive documentation and communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

• Robust attention to detail and ability to identify quality deviations.

• Proactive approach with good coordination and follow-up skills.
