Female Sales Executive – Velachery, ChennaiWe are looking for a confident, proactive and target-oriented Female Sales Executive who can manage leads, nurture prospects, convert them into clients and coordinate with the team for successful program execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesAttend office regularly and manage assigned leads through calls, WhatsApp messages and follow-ups.
Follow up with prospects consistently and convert leads into clients.
Nurture leads by sharing relevant messages, videos and program information at the right time.
Follow up with clients regarding pending payments and confirmations.
Maintain and regularly update the CRM with lead status, follow-ups and conversions.
Submit daily sales updates and reports.
Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate closely with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of upcoming future programs.
Support program coordination and participant/client communication.




Take ownership of assigned leads and ensure that no genuine opportunity is missed.
Communicate proactively with the manager and team about lead status, challenges, requirements and opportunities.

Compensation₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives
