Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Account Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace operations and support clients in growing their online business.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage e-commerce seller accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.
Handle product listings, catalog updates, pricing, inventory, and order-related activities.
Monitor account performance, sales, orders, returns, cancellations, and customer issues.
Coordinate with clients regarding account requirements, product information, inventory, and sales.
Ensure timely resolution of marketplace issues and account-related queries.
Coordinate with internal teams for cataloguing, designing, inventory, and order management.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
Monitor competitor pricing, product visibility, and marketplace trends.
Support promotional campaigns and marketplace activities.




Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure smooth account operations.
Achieve assigned monthly performance and account-management targets.
Required SkillsBasic knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks.
Target-oriented and willing to learn.
Preferred SkillsExperience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, or other marketplaces.
Basic knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotions.
Previous experience in e-commerce account management will be an advantage.
QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
Freshers with valuable communication and basic e-commerce knowledge can also apply.
