Position: Site Supervisor

Location: Moti Nagar, Delhi

Experience: 2–6 Years

Job Type: Full time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily site activities and workforce.
Coordinate with workers, contractors, engineers, and project management teams.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion as per project requirements.
Ensure proper execution of work as per drawings, plans, and instructions.
Maintain daily site reports, attendance, material records, and work updates.
Monitor material usage and coordinate for site requirements.
Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at the site.




Identify and report site issues to the Project Manager/Engineer.
Manage manpower and allocate daily work responsibilities.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements2–6 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction, civil, infrastructure, telecom, or utility projects.
Good knowledge of site supervision and manpower handling.
Basic understanding of drawings, measurements, and site documentation.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently.
Comfortable working in a field/site setting.
