Job Description Salesforce Tosca Automation Tester

Role Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Tosca Automation Tester with strong experience in Salesforce application testing and Tricentis Tosca automation. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts for Salesforce applications and ensuring end-to-end quality across Salesforce business processes.

Required Experience

- 4–8 years of experience in Software Testing / Test Automation
- Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing
- Experience in designing and maintaining automation test cases using Tosca
- Good understanding of Salesforce CRM applications and business workflows
- Experience in functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Valuable understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, profiles, roles, permissions, and data
- Experience working with Salesforce UI and backend/API testing

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, execute, and maintain Tosca automation scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Automate Salesforce business processes and end-to-end workflows using Tricentis Tosca.
- Create and maintain reusable Tosca modules, test cases, and test data.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end automation testing.
- Analyze test requirements and identify scenarios suitable for automation.
- Perform defect identification, logging, tracking, and retesting using tools such as Jira.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations,



and business processes.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and functional teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze failures to identify application or automation issues.
- Maintain automation scripts during Salesforce releases and application enhancements.
- Participate in test planning, estimation, execution, and reporting.
- Support CI/CD-based test automation where applicable.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have a combination of solid Salesforce testing knowledge and hands-on Tosca automation experience, with the ability to independently create and maintain automation suites and troubleshoot automation failures.
