Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop recent business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research.
- Collaborate with internal teams to process loan applications, conduct credit checks, and disburse funds in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in housing finance or related field (LAP/Housing Loan).
- Strong understanding of LAP products such as HL/Home Loans.
- Excellent customer service skills for effective relationship development and management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting sales targets.
