Job Responsibility:
Factory Management System:
Operational Loss Management System:
•
Establish and support loss-capturing mechanisms to record, classify and analyze operational losses across defined loss categories.
•
Assist in Improving operational performance through targeted loss-reduction projects and Kaizen initiatives
Workplace Management System:
•
Implement and sustain 5S, Daily Work Management and Visual Management systems for workplace organization, standardization and shop-floor discipline.
Capability Development System:
•
Build capability in Kaizen, Lean thinking and structured problem-solving tools across operating levels.
Governance, Reporting and Standardization:
•
Compile Manufacturing Excellence dashboards, MIS and progress reports for periodic leadership reviews.
•
Facilitate cross-plant benchmarking and best-practice replication to strengthen sustainable long-term competitiveness.
Cost Optimization:
•
Conduct As-Is assessment of current manufacturing cost structure, consumption trends and operating practices.
•
Identify,



quantify and prioritize cost-optimization opportunities in coordination with plant team and cross-functional stakeholders.
•
Set KPI targets, define action plans and establish structured roadmaps for cost reduction projects.
•
Drive periodic performance monitoring and review mechanisms for identified cost-optimization initiatives.
•
Validate benefit realization through data-backed savings calculations and ensure alignment with approved baselines.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
•
Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, 5S, Daily Work Management and Visual Management.
•
Robust understanding of operational loss identification, loss capturing, root-cause analysis and structured problem-solving tools.
•
Ability to analyze manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, productivity etc.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
•
Project management skills with ability to coordinate cross-functional improvement initiatives.
•
Good communication and facilitation skills for training, capability development, audits and leadership review interactions.
