Role & responsibilities

Maintain, enhance, debug, and support existing OutSystems applications, including OutSystems 11 (OS11) environments
Design, develop, test, and deploy new OutSystems applications using OutSystems Developer Cloud
Develop and maintain REST APIs, external integrations, authentication flows, data synchronization, and third-party platform connections
Conduct impact analysis, performance tuning, and application optimization across screens, actions, queries, asynchronous processes, and application flows
Design reusable modules, UI components, service layers, integrations, entities, and data models aligned with scalability, security, and OutSystems best practices
Own production support, investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, implement fixes, and ensure application stability and release readiness
Work independently with business stakeholders, product owners, QA, architects, and developers within Agile/Scrum practices
Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, known issues, and support handover materials, while ensuring applications remain compliant with AI Mentor reviews and Application Object consumption standards

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience with strong hands-on OutSystems development
Senior-level expertise in OutSystems 11, application maintenance, troubleshooting, enhancements, and current application development
Strong knowledge of OutSystems architecture, modules, entities, UI development, reusable components, integrations, deployment, and application lifecycle management
Experience with REST APIs, external system integrations, authentication flows, data synchronization, data modelling, performance, scalability, and security
Strong production support, troubleshooting,



root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills in business-critical environments
Experience with Git, Jira or similar tools, code reviews, release management, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent English communication skills with the ability to work independently, manage stakeholders, clarify requirements, and communicate risks and dependencies clearly

Preferred Qualifications

OutSystems certifications such as Associate Reactive Developer, Professional Developer, Architecture Specialist, or equivalent credentials
Experience building modular applications using Apps, Libraries, and External Logic in OutSystems Developer Cloud
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or comparable environments
Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, SQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Firebase, or comparable full-stack technologies is an advantage
Experience integrating communication, video, payment, analytics, observability, or customer data platforms is an advantage
Experience supporting multi-tenant applications, white-label configurations, enterprise data segregation, or regulated business environments is highly advantageous
