- Operate Injection Moulding Machines (IMM)
- Monitor machine operation and production parameters
- Load/unload moulds and support mould change activities
- Check moulded components for visual defects
- Maintain production and quality records
- Follow safety and 5S procedures
- Support troubleshooting during production
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams
- Maintain machine cleanliness and workplace standards
Preferred candidate profile
- ITI / Diploma preferred
- 13 years experience in Injection Moulding / Plastic Processing
- Experience operating any Injection Moulding Machine is acceptable
- Experience in Automotive / Electrical / Connector / EV components is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of machine parameters and plastic moulding process
- Willingness to learn company-specific products and processes
- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred
