Roles and Responsibilities :
- Facilitate training sessions for students on various soft skills, communication skills, and personality development.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to individuals to improve their confidence, motivation, and overall performance.
- Develop customized lesson plans based on student needs and learning styles to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Conduct workshops and seminars on topics such as time management, goal setting, and conflict resolution.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in teaching or training in a similar field (education/training).
- Solid communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts simply.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
