We are looking for a skilled and responsible Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications, and coordinate with contractors, workers, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and other site personnel.
- Check measurements, quantities, and materials used at the site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, daily progress reports, measurements, and documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and identify quality or technical issues.
- Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and resources.
- Follow and enforce safety procedures and site regulations.
- Communicate site requirements and project updates to the reporting manager.
- Resolve basic site-level technical issues and coordinate for necessary solutions.
Required Skills
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 13 years of experience in construction/site engineering.
- Good knowledge of civil construction, estimation, measurements, and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of construction materials and quality standards.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Robust problem-solving and site management abilities.
- Willingness to work at construction sites and travel to project locations when required.
