Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with a good understanding of financial markets and investment concepts.

- The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting leads, engaging with potential investors, understanding their financial goals, and recommending suitable investment products available through the Trade Brains Portal.
- The role requires excellent communication skills, financial knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to prospective investors through calls, emails, WhatsApp, referrals, and other lead-generation channels.
- Understand client investment objectives, risk appetite, and financial goals.
- Present and explain Trade Brains Portal offerings, including investment themes, model portfolios, stock recommendations, and subscription plans.
- Educate potential clients on investment concepts, market opportunities, and portfolio-based investing.
- Convert qualified leads into paying subscribers and investors.




- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly revenue, subscription, and client acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with the research and product teams to stay updated on investment offerings and market developments.

Requirements

- Bachelor''s degree in finance, commerce, business administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of work experience in financial product sales, investment advisory sales, wealth management, stock market services, or fintech sales.
- Good understanding of the stock market, mutual funds, SIPs, portfolio investing, and personal finance.
- Excellent communication (both in English & Hindi), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain skilled client relationships.
- Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
