Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Responsibilities

- Configure, monitor, and maintain enterprise backup systems including Veeam, IBM Spectrum Protect (TSM), Bridge head and Barracuda Backup
- Manage daily backup operations, troubleshoot failures, and perform root cause analysis.
- Perform regular restore testing and support recovery operations.
- Maintain and optimize backup policies, schedules, and storage targets across platforms.
- Administer and maintain Backend Storage and Data Domain infrastructure for backup storage and performance.
- Ensure high availability and data protection across virtual and physical environments.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure backup coverage and capacity planning.
- Document configurations, procedures, and recovery processes.
- Participate in planning and execution of storage and backup infrastructure upgrades or migrations.




- Ensure compliance with data retention policies, audit requirements, and security standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on customer service, including experience handling challenging situations
- Detail oriented, customer oriented, result delivery oriented, analytic thinking
- Performs incident management and change management execution.
- Creates and manages capacity and trending reports of system operations.
- Positive understanding on ITIL practices
- Experience on industry leading IT Asset Management tools such as Service Now/Flexera/Remedy.
- Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions.
- Works with key technical and business stakeholders to determine data backup requirements and creates solutions to meet requirements.
