Senior Consultant Technical: Production Excellence | 57 Years | Odisha

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant Technical: Production Excellence to drive production operations, OEE improvement, productivity enhancement, Cold Rolling mill , Hot rolling mill, process improvement, and loss elimination. This is an excellent opportunity for hands-on manufacturing professionals with strong shop-floor exposure and experience in driving operational transformation.

A leading organization offering an prospect to work closely with plant teams and drive impactful shop-floor transformation and operational excellence across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose production losses, bottlenecks, downtime, and OEE gaps, and implement practical improvement initiatives.
2. Drive OEE and Loss Elimination across Availability, Performance, and Quality.
3. Improve productivity, throughput, production attainment, reliability, and changeover performance.
4. Implement Daily Management Systems, production KPIs, and structured problem-solving across plant operations.
5. Build plant capabilities through Lean, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, RCA, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1. B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Metallurgy,



Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
2. 5–7 years of hands-on production operations experience; candidates must have directly managed production.
3. Experience in Steel, Metals, Heavy Engineering, or other asset-intensive industries is preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of OEE, Lean, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, RCA, productivity improvement, and production KPIs.
5. Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is strongly preferred; TPM knowledge will be an advantage.
