About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to design engaging, learner-centric presentation decks
and learning materials for instructor-led classroom.
The role involves transforming technical and business content into highly engaging PowerPoint presentations that enhance
faculty delivery and learner experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Instructional Design
Design instructor-led learning solutions.
Convert raw content into structured learning modules.
2. Presentation Development
Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for classroom and virtual delivery.
Develop visually appealing slides using graphics, icons, diagrams, flowcharts, infographics, timelines, and process
maps.
Design presentations that are easy for faculty to deliver and learners to understand.
Maintain consistency in branding, formatting, colours, typography, and templates.
3. Learning Experience Design
Design learner engagement activities including:
Case studies
Scenarios
Group discussions
Knowledge checks
4. Content Visualization
Convert complex concepts into simple visual representations.
Create:
Process flows
Frameworks
Conceptual models
Comparative tables
Business illustrations
5. Assessment Design
Develop:
MCQs
Case-based questions
Practical exercises
Scenario-based assessments
Assignments
Faculty notes
6. Faculty Enablement
Prepare facilitator guides and speaker notes.




Ensure presentation flow supports smooth classroom delivery.
Work closely with faculty to refine content based on delivery feedback.
7. Quality Assurance
Proofread all learning material.
Ensure consistency, and instructional effectiveness.
Review content for grammar, formatting, and visual quality.
8. Collaboration
Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), faculty members, graphic designers, and academic teams.
Incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining instructional integrity.
Meet project timelines across multiple concurrent assignments.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, English, Business, Management,
Psychology, Communication, or a related field.
Experience
26 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Training Content Development, or
Corporate Learning.
Experience creating instructor-led training (ILT) content is essential.
Prior experience in Banking, BFSI, Financial Services, Consulting, or Corporate Learning will be an advantage.
