1. Role & Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, operators, drivers and workers.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications and site requirements.
- Monitor manpower, machinery and material availability at the site.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Ensure proper quality and safety standards are followed.
- Coordinate with the Site Engineer and Project Management Team.
- Monitor proper utilization of machines and equipment.
- Identify and resolve routine site-level issues and report major issues to senior management.

2. Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma / ITI / Civil Engineering qualification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction/infrastructure projects.




- Experience in site supervision and manpower management.
- Good knowledge of construction activities and site execution.
- Ability to coordinate with workers, operators and subcontractors.
- Basic knowledge of daily progress reporting and site documentation.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
- Good communication and team management skills.
