Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups and customer status.
Develop relationships with property dealers, brokers, builders, architects, contractors and housing societies.
Identify recent local marketing opportunities for generating interior leads.
Coordinate with the sales/design team to move leads towards quotations and orders.
Achieve monthly targets for leads, site visits and sales.
Prepare regular reports on marketing and sales activities.
