About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining suitable insurance products, and generating sales opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain insurance products, plans, benefits, and features to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Generate leads and convert leads into sales.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Maintain accurate customer and call records.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for policy processing.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
EligibilityMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in telecalling,



telesales, BPO, insurance, banking, or financial services will be an advantage.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
