About the Role:

Varuns Educational Institute is looking for enthusiastic and committed Mathematics Teachers to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, good communication skills, and a passion for helping students understand and excel in Mathematics.

Key Responsibilities:
Teach Mathematics to students according to the prescribed syllabus and academic plan.
Explain mathematical concepts clearly using appropriate examples, activities, and problem-solving techniques.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and practice materials.
Conduct regular tests, assessments, and revision sessions.
Monitor students’ academic progress and provide individual support where required.
Identify students’ learning gaps and provide appropriate remedial guidance.
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and engaging classroom environment.
Clarify students’ doubts and encourage logical and analytical thinking.
Coordinate with the academic team regarding lesson planning and student performance.
Maintain regular attendance and academic records.

Eligibility:




Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
B.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification preferred.
Prior teaching/tutoring experience is preferred, but capable freshers may also apply.
Strong command of Mathematics and the ability to explain concepts in a straightforward manner.
Good communication and classroom-management skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
