Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute commercial and industrial HVAC projects from start to completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Supervise HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower planning, and material requirements.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per specifications.
Review HVAC drawings, BOQ, specifications, and technical documents.
Monitor site progress and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, Technicians, and subcontractors.
Ensure proper material planning, procurement, and availability at site.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality and safety standards.
Track project costs, variations, measurements, and client requirements.




Prepare and submit progress reports, project updates, and site documentation.
Handle client meetings and provide regular updates on project status.
Coordinate testing & commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, project specifications, and applicable HVAC standards.
