1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Positive knowledge of blood collection and sample handling procedures.
Robust understanding of infection control and safety practices.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle patients professionally and calmly.
Attention to detail and accuracy in sample identification and documentation.
Willingness to travel for home sample collection, if required.
Preferred CandidateExperience in a diagnostic laboratory, hospital, pathology lab, or healthcare organization.
Experience with home blood sample collection will be an advantage.
Candidates who can work independently and manage multiple sample collections efficiently.
