Senior Service Now with HRSD

Start Date: Immediate to 30 Days

Location: Any of the main cities, Offshore or nearshore

Key Skills: HRSD must be very solid with 5+ years of experience in same skill

Employment Type: Only FTE (Fulltime)

Support hours: IST & Overlapping hours if PST (till 12.30 am IST)

Must have 7+ years of experience in modules Service Now experience with Human Resource Service Delivery(HRSD)

Some experience with CSM and IT Service Management (ITSM)

Covers modules: Case, HR Case, Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Portal, Automation

Reports and Dashboard

Experience with Inbound and Outbound integrations with Service Now.

Move integrations from the custom API call to the integration hub.

Service Now Release upgrade testing

Service Now Application security administration

User training for users to perform their day-to-day jobs by explaining Service Now standard practices

Must have excellent communication and presentation skills

Must have a pleasant attitude, be a team player
