Operate chemical/special process lines as per SOP and Work Instructions.
Load and unload aerospace components using proper racks and fixtures.
Monitor process parameters such as temperature, time, pH, concentration, current, and voltage.
Maintain process records and batch traceability.
Perform visual and in-process inspection.
Identify and segregate non-conforming parts.
Follow chemical handling, PPE, and EHS procedures.
Report process deviations, chemical issues, and equipment abnormalities.
Maintain 5S and housekeeping in the work area.
Achieve production targets without compromising quality and safety.
Support chemical bath maintenance and process control activities.
Follow aerospace quality requirements and customer specifications.
