SLP Executive – Head Office

Experience: 2–3 Years in Amazon / E-commerce Ground Operations

Key Responsibilities:
Robust knowledge of end-to-end Ground Operations and shipment lifecycle.
TID tracking and understanding of shipment status, scans and movement.
Identify process gaps and operational reasons causing shipment loss.
Analyze loss cases and validate RCA with supporting data/evidence.
Coordinate with Ground Teams for CCTV, shipment details, RCA and case closure.
Track DN, Dispute, Re-dispute, Recovery and pending loss cases.
Maintain SLP trackers and ensure TAT/SOP compliance.
Identify recurring loss trends and highlight process gaps to relevant teams.

Required Skills:

Robust Amazon Operations knowledge, TID-level investigation, loss analysis, RCA, Excel/Google Sheets, analytical skills and positive stakeholder coordination.
Note: Ground Operations experience is mandatory, although the role will be based at Head Office.
