Job Summary

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Commis 1, Commis 2, and Commis 3 chefs to join our kitchen team. Candidates should have a robust interest in food preparation, good knowledge of kitchen operations, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food according to standard recipes and kitchen guidelines.
Work in the assigned section and ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
Handle mise en place, food preparation, portioning, and plating.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Coordinate with senior chefs and other kitchen team members during service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station.
Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
Follow instructions from the Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, and Executive Chef.

Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or commercial kitchen is preferred.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good discipline, punctuality, and communication skills.
