Designation: AR Executive (Accounts Receivable)

Role
Maintain and monitor customer

accounts and outstanding receivables
Ensure timely collection of

payments from dealers, distributors, and project customers
Follow up on overdue invoices

through calls, emails, and coordination with sales team
Coordinate with warehouse and

dispatch teams for proof of delivery and invoice confirmation
Track credit limits, overdue

ageing,



and block/unblock customers as per approval matrix
Share regular AR ageing

reports with management and sales teams

Requirements

experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance role - Robust

understanding of invoicing, collections, and customer ledger reconciliation -

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Odoo/Tally preferred) - Valuable

communication and follow-up skills - Ability to handle pressure and manage

multiple customer accounts

Salary Bracket

₹18,000 – ₹25,000/- + Performance-linked Incentives
