Key ResponsibilitiesVisit gyms, retail stores, and potential clients in assigned areas.
Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
Increase sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with gyms, retailers, and other business partners.
Follow up with existing and potential customers regularly.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
Present and explain sports nutrition and fitness supplement products to customers.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms where required.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Submit daily field activity reports and provide regular market feedback.
Coordinate with the internal sales/distribution team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements:



1+ years of field sales experience preferred.
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge or interest in fitness, sports nutrition, and supplements is an advantage.
Valid two-wheeler driving license.
Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
Willingness to travel within assigned areas of Pune.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
