Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Outside Sales Representative)
Core Goal: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets while building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Prospect and identify recent business prospects through local networking, referrals, and cold visits.
Client Engagement: Conduct in-person product presentations and live demonstrations to highlight value.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle pricing discussions, overcome customer objections, and finalize contracts.
Territory Management: Plan daily travel routes efficiently to maximize market coverage.
Account Maintenance: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to drive repeat business, renewals, or upgrades.
Reporting:

Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in field sales or territory management.

Time Management: Robust organizational skills to manage a mobile work schedule and strict targets.
