The role requires robust technical knowledge of forging, conventional machines, CNC turning, grinding and machine shop operations, along with proven leadership and manpower management skills.

The Production Manager will drive operational excellence through effective resource planning, OEE improvement, breakdown and rejection reduction, Kaizen, 5S, cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain and implement IATF 16949 requirements.
Oversee daily production activities as per production schedules and quality standards.
Manage and guide the production
team to achieve operational targets.
Develop production strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Monitor production KPIs and performance
metrics and take corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety
regulations and promote a robust safety culture.
Coordinate with Design and




Engineering teams to improve processes and product quality.
Prepare and manage the production
budget for effective resource utilization and cost control
Oversee and manage the entire
production process efficiently.
Ensure production meets quality,
delivery, and productivity targets.
Prepare production schedules and optimize manpower, machines, and resources.

Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and HR departments.
Monitor production performance and take corrective actions for delays or issues.
Implement continuous
