Transplant Nurse – Kidney, Liver, Heart & Lung

Position: Transplant Nurse

Department: Transplant / Critical Care

Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing

Experience: 1–5 years of hospital experience; transplant/ICU experience preferred

Location: Electronic city and Mahadevpura

Job Responsibilities:
Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care to kidney, liver, heart, and lung transplant patients.
Monitor vital signs, fluid balance, oxygen saturation, and overall patient condition.
Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and other prescribed treatments.
Assist transplant surgeons and doctors during procedures and patient management.
Closely monitor patients for infection, bleeding, organ rejection, and other complications.
Maintain accurate nursing records, medication charts, and transplant-related documentation.




Provide patient and family education regarding medications, hygiene, diet, and post-transplant care.
Coordinate with surgeons, physicians, ICU teams, laboratory staff, and other healthcare specialists.
Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and hospital protocols.
Handle emergency situations and provide appropriate nursing interventions.

Required Skills:
Good knowledge of transplant and critical-care nursing.
Solid clinical assessment and patient-monitoring skills.
Positive communication and teamwork.
Ability to work rotational shifts.
Valid nursing registration is mandatory From (Karnataka state)
