Job description of HVAC Site Engineer

Oversee HVAC system installations and maintenance in office, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise HVAC installations and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
Conduct inspections and tests to ensure system performance and safety.
Conduct the measurements with clients and PMC.
Maintain documentation and prepare progress reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with HVAC systems.

Skills Required:
Technical Knowledge: A positive understanding of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and air conditioning technologies.
Engineering Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting HVAC blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.




Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
Communication: Positive verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of HVAC system installation and maintenance.

Qualifications:
Education: ITI or diploma in mechanical engineering.
