Job Description:
Program, set and operate CNC Turning / CNC Lathe machines.
Solid knowledge of G-code, M-code, tooling and cutting parameters.
Read 2D drawings, tolerances and machining requirements.
Handle tool setting, work offsets, job setting and program prove-out.
Machine precision components for Jigs, Fixtures & Automation machines.
Perform in-process inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, etc.
Monitor tool wear and make necessary corrections.
Troubleshoot basic machining and programming issues.
Maintain accuracy, quality, productivity and 5S.
