Design and develop Aluminium Pressure Die Casting tools/dies.
Design CNC machining fixtures, checking fixtures and inspection fixtures.
Handle recent part development from drawing review to production approval.
Conduct casting feasibility, DFM and tooling concept reviews.
Coordinate with tool vendors for tool manufacturing, trials and modifications.
Support die trials and resolve casting defects and dimensional issues.
Prepare and maintain tool drawings, BOM, development documents and engineering changes.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase and Customers during NPD.
Support APQP, PPAP, PFMEA and Control Plan activities.
Software SkillsFusion 360 – Mandatory
AutoCAD – Preferred
Basic knowledge of CAD/3D modelling and 2D drawing
Knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawing interpretation
