JOB DESCRIPTION Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Rohini Sector 24, Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Weekly Off: Wednesday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience: 1–3 Years in Real Estate Sales

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Target-Based Incentives
Key Responsibilities Handle incoming leads and understand clients’ property requirements.
Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Explain property details, pricing, location, specifications and available options.
Coordinate and schedule property/site visits with prospective clients.
Accompany clients during site visits and explain project/property details.
Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper communication until closure.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.
Negotiate with clients and assist in the sales and booking process.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
Coordinate with the Team Leader and management regarding leads, visits and conversions.




Stay updated about available properties, pricing, inventory and market conditions.
Prepare daily activity and sales reports as required.
Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.
Positive follow-up and client-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of the Delhi/NCR real estate market.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Comfortable with field work and property visits.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Sheets is preferred.
Eligibility Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales preferred.
Candidates with relevant sales experience and strong communication skills may also apply.
Candidates must be comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
