We are looking for experienced Telesales Executives to join our team for Personal Care & Herbal Products.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales.
Explain product features, advantages, offers and pricing clearly.
Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
Maintain proper customer and order details in the CRM.
Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and build good customer relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of telesales experience preferred.
Experience in Personal Care, Herbal, Ayurveda, FMCG or Wellness products will be an advantage.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Freshers are not preferred.
Only Female
Salary: Depends on experience & interview performance.
Location: Dwarka Mor, Current Delhi.
