Key Responsibilities
Manage jewellery products on Etsy, eBay, Shopify & Amazon.
Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, tags & keywords.
Manage orders, inventory, pricing and product updates.
Handle international customer queries, orders, returns and reviews.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch & Logistics teams.
Monitor competitors, jewellery trends and marketplace performance.
Prepare basic e-commerce sales and performance reports.

Required Skills
Experience with Etsy & eBay marketplace management.
Knowledge of jewellery products and specifications.
Product listing, marketplace SEO & keyword optimization.
International customer handling and communication.
MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Positive English communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and solid follow-up skills.

Preferred: Experience in jewellery e-commerce and international markets.
