Chocolate Maker – Bakery Job Description
Job Title: Chocolate Maker / Chocolatier
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and produce chocolates, truffles, pralines, ganache, and other chocolate products.
Handle chocolate melting, tempering, moulding, coating, and decorating.
Follow standard recipes and maintain consistent taste, texture, and quality.
Prepare chocolate fillings, toppings, sauces, and decorations.
Operate and maintain chocolate-making equipment and tools.
Ensure proper storage and handling of chocolate and raw materials.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and equipment.
Check the quality of ingredients and finished products.
Assist in developing current chocolate products and designs.
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
