Job Summary

TLM Application Support Analyst / TLM Technical Specialist

Role Purpose

Provide end-to-end support, maintenance, enhancement, and operational stability of the SmartStream TLM platform, ensuring reliable reconciliation, exception management, data integrations, and business continuity for Finance and Operations stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Production Support & Operations

- Monitor daily TLM processing, reconciliations, and batch executions.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, data mismatches, and processing failures.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and recurring issues.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reconciliation processes.
- Coordinate with business users and infrastructure teams during incident resolution.

Application Support
- Maintain TLM configurations, matching rules, workflows, and reconciliation setups.
- Support deployment of configuration changes and enhancements.
- Perform defect analysis and testing activities.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, change management, and audit requirements.

Technical Development
- Develop and maintain:

- SQL scripts
- Stored Procedures
- Batch Jobs
- Shell Scripts
- Automation utilities

Data Management
- Analyze large reconciliation datasets.
- Perform data extraction and validation.
- Support data migration and reconciliation activities.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across interfaces.

Stakeholder Management
- Engage with Finance, Treasury, Investment Operations, and Technology teams.
- Provide application expertise during project delivery and BAU operations.

Participate in project workshops, UAT support, and production releases

- Experience supporting Finance Transformation initiatives.
- Experience in Insurance or Banking industries.
- Exposure to cloud modernization and data platforms.
