Role Summary
We are looking for a Sales Admin Executive to support our Fire Protection business, which
deals in Fire Alarm, Fire Hydrant, Sprinkler and other fire protection systems, including
installation and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
 Coordinate with clients, consultants and sales team for enquiries and requirements.
 Prepare quotations, commercial offers and proposals.
 Coordinate with the estimation/technical team for quotation preparation.
 Follow up on enquiries, quotations and pending orders.
 Coordinate with clients for PO/WO, documents and commercial clarifications.
 Maintain enquiry, quotation and order trackers.
 Coordinate with Sales, Estimation, Projects, Finance and other internal teams.




 Prepare regular sales MIS and reports.
 Maintain proper sales and client documentation.
Candidate Profile
 Graduate in B.Com / BBA / relevant field.
 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Admin / Sales Support.
 Experience in Fire Protection will be preferred.
 Positive communication, follow-up and client coordination skills.
 Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
 Candidates with knowledge of Fire Alarm / Hydrant / Sprinkler systems will have
an added advantage.
