The consultant will be responsible for user administration, role management, authorization troubleshooting, audit compliance, access governance, and security support across SAP landscapes. The role requires strong expertise in SAP authorization concepts, segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance management while ensuring adherence to SLAs and security policies., authorization troubleshooting, audit compliance, access governance, and security support across SAP landscapes. The role requires robust expertise in SAP authorization concepts, segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance management while ensuring adherence to SLAs and security policies.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Security and Authorization-related issues.
Manage SAP user administration activities, including user creation, modification, lock/unlock, and access provisioning.
Design, build, modify, and maintain SAP roles and authorizations.
Troubleshoot authorization issues and perform root cause analysis.
Support access requests, approvals, and compliance processes.
Perform role reviews, role optimization, and authorization cleanup activities.
Ensure compliance with Segregation of Duties (SoD) and audit requirements.
Support internal and external security audits.
Monitor privileged access and critical authorization assignments.
Collaborate with business users, auditors, Basis teams, and functional consultants.




Support security-related change requests, upgrades, migrations, and project activities.
Develop and maintain security documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
Participate in risk assessments and compliance reviews.
