Position: Jr. Project & Planning Engineer

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Salary Budget: Upto 4.80 LPA

Qualification: Dip./Bachelors Mechanical Engineer

Job Location: POR (Vadodara)

Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed project schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans. Also, develop SOPs for the Project Department with proper documentation.
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with customer requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for a smooth workflow.
- Oversee production schedules to meet deadlines.
- Implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
- Procurement & Vendor Management




- Work with procurement teams to source materials and components.
- Evaluate vendor performance for quality and delivery reliability.
- Oversee QC Schedule & Reports. Ensure machines meet design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate quality control inspections and testing procedures.
- Maintain project records, including test reports and design modifications.
- Present project deadlines and progress reports daily, weekly, and Monthly to management.
- Ensure proper documentation of lessons learned for future projects.
