Supervise day-to-day warehouse, loading, dispatch and distribution operations.
Coordinate with drivers, helpers, sales executives and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Prepare and monitor vehicle loading plans and route-wise dispatches.
Ensure accurate stock handling, physical stock verification and material movement.
Monitor crate movement, return crates and material reconciliation.
Coordinate timely delivery of products to distributors and dealers.
Check loading quantities, product condition, batch details and expiry before dispatch.
Maintain proper records of stock, dispatches, returns, shortages and damages.
Coordinate with the accounts/office team regarding cash collection, outstanding payments and delivery documentation.
Monitor employee attendance, discipline, productivity and daily work allocation.
Identify operational issues and take corrective action promptly.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, safety and quality standards.
Prepare daily operational reports and provide updates to management
