Customer Support Executive
Company: YoloBus Private Limited
Location: Sector 32, Gurugram
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Experience: Fresher/Experienced
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through calls, chats, and other support channels.
Assist customers with booking, cancellation, refunds, and travel-related queries.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer-related issues.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in Hindi & English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer-focused and polite attitude.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
